TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms for using RouteRoutine.

These Terms govern access to RouteRoutine by businesses, administrators, employees, and other authorized users.

Last updated July 17, 2026

1. Agreement and business use

By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using RouteRoutine, you agree to these Terms and the Content Policy. If you use RouteRoutine for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. RouteRoutine is intended for business use by people who are at least 18 years old.

2. Accounts and workspace administration

You must provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. Workspace administrators control membership, roles, customer records, schedules, and service content. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

3. The service

RouteRoutine provides tools for customer records, recurring and one-time service schedules, employee assignments, visit status, notes, photos, and related workflow. We may improve, add, modify, or discontinue features. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing paid functionality without notice.

4. Customer content

You retain ownership of content submitted to RouteRoutine. You grant RouteRoutine a limited, worldwide right to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service or comply with law.

You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to submit customer contact details, addresses, notes, and photos. You are responsible for your users, your customer relationships, and the accuracy and legality of your content.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse RouteRoutine, interfere with its operation, access another organization’s data, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity. The Content Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Trials, subscriptions, and payment

RouteRoutine may offer free trials, free features, and paid subscription plans. Pricing, trial length, included features, billing frequency, and taxes will be presented before purchase. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not retroactively refund a current billing period except where required by law.

7. Third-party services

RouteRoutine relies on third-party providers for functions such as authentication, infrastructure, storage, and future payment processing. Their availability may affect the service. Your use of separately offered third-party products may be governed by their own terms.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using RouteRoutine at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, prevent harm, address nonpayment, or enforce these Terms. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Ending a RouteRoutine service schedule inside the product does not delete its historical visit records.

9. Beta features and service availability

Features identified as beta, preview, or test may be incomplete, change without notice, or be discontinued. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, provider outages, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RouteRoutine is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. RouteRoutine does not guarantee that schedules, reminders, routing decisions, records, or customer information are complete or error-free. You remain responsible for operating your business and confirming time-sensitive work.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RouteRoutine and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid RouteRoutine during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, your organization will defend and indemnify RouteRoutine from third-party claims arising from your content, your customer relationships, your violation of law, or your material breach of these Terms or the Content Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state in which RouteRoutine’s operating entity is principally established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory rights that apply in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice when required. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. Questions can be sent to support@routeroutine.com.
